PHOTOS:

What kind of photo file do you accept? jpeg, tiff, giff, pdf

What is Photo Permission? All images that are sent to me must be images that you have the rights to reproduce. You as the customer agree that you are the photographer or have permission documented by the copyright holder. You also agree to take full responsibility for any misuse of copyrighted images and agree to not hold me liable for any misuse of any copyrighted images.

Do you want me to send a cropped image: No I would rather have the file original size. I will crop your images to fit the space. Most of the time it is easier to place an un-cropped photo into the space on the card.

Will you adjust color, fix red eye, change a photo to black and white, sepia, or crop: Yes, I can make minor adjustments needed to a photo. Up to an extent. I will not photoshop people out, mask a photo, or do any extensive photo correction. If you would like that done I can do that for an additional charge. Price is based individually.  Please let me know what you would like to change.

If I don't like the way the photo I sent looks on my card can I change it out with another one? Yes, But I will only change out a photo once and if it is in a frame or box. All images that are masked from the background I will only do one photo. If you want to change it out it will be an additional $3.00.

CARD DESIGN:

I love one of your templates, but I want other colors. Can the colors be changed to match my theme or clothing? Yes, I can change basic color's. However if it is a patterned paper I may not be able to change them. Please contact me before purchasing.

I really like one of your cards, but can I change the wording/verse? Yes, You can change any wording on your card. If you like a card that is in another section but want it for another kind of event that can also be done. (example: turn a birth announcement into a baptism invite.)

The card I like only has one picture, can I add more pictures? Yes, For most of my templates I can add more photos. Just be aware that the card layout will more than likely change a bit. I typically only allow up to 5 images. Please send me a web comment for any questions on a particular style

I like one of the cards that has the age progression, but I only want to use one photo. Can I do that? Yes! I can take out all the photo frames and just add one. Just be aware that your cards layout may change a bit.

I am printing at a print center that offers printing on two sides, can I get a matching back? Yes, for $10.00 extra I can create that card with a front and back.

I don't see a pre-designed template that will go with my party theme, colors, or style. I offer custom designs for $25.00 I can customize the card to fit any theme.

Are you able to match my party supply, or character, etc.? Unfortunately, I am unable to add any images that are copyrighted. If you are using a specific party supply I will try to match it the best I can however I can not use any characters or images from the supply or character from a show.


ORDERING:

Do you design the card first and then I purchase? No all purchases must be made before I start any order.

Will I see a sample before you send it to print? Yes! You will see a sample for your approval before it is sent to print. Be sure to look the card over completely. I copy and paste from the information that you provide so please do not capitalize when entering your information and please spell check all information before you send it.

I need two of the same card but with a different Date, Time and Location. Do I need to pay for two design fees? No you don't have to pay for the whole design fee however I do charge an additional $3.00 I can provide you with an identical card with only the changes listed above. 

After I order a card, what do I do?
You will receive an instant email after ordering. Please send all your images to that amy@lilbeansprout.com with the following information:

If the card you ordered is a photo card, please reply to the email that was sent to you after ordering. *If you have a card with multiple picture spots please let me know how you would like them placed in your card. For all age progression cards please rename each photo with the your child's Age example: birth, 1 month, 2 month, 3 month, etc...**

How long does it take to see a sample of my card? Please allow 1-2 days for design time, but it is usually done sooner. After I send your card to you, you are able to make any changes you may need to the card so that it is exactly what you envisioned. (four complimentary changes any changes beyond that may be an additional charge)

What kind of Payments do I accept? We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Paypal.

PRINTING:

Print Service: Lil Bean Sprout is now offering flat card stock printing in 4 finishes. Matte/Standard, Pearl, Pebble, and Linen. With card stock printing you are able to print front and back. I charge an additional $10.00 to any design for back printing.

**If you are looking for printing on folded cards, or accordion style Please ask and I can give you an individual price based on the amount needed.
For most orders after approval of the design it takes 2-3 days to receive your order. **

We Create it, You Print it!: You have the option to print just about anywhere you want!! That is the best part about my cards! No waiting for shipping. Most places also offer 1 hour printing so you can have these super quick! Some place you may want to try: Shutterfly, Snapfish, Costco, Wallgreens, Kinkos, Staples, vista print, overnight prints,  etc. Please be aware that some print locations have different print sizes. This is mostly with printing on card stock, Even though you might be printing 5x7 the design size might be larger. I need to know this when designing or your image will not print correctly.

When I printed my card on photo paper, the card was slightly cropped. Why did that happen? This occurs printing at a photo lab or a print lab that prints directly to flat cards. You can loose 1/16" to 1/4" from all sides of your image. Sometimes you may see the terms trim line and bleed line. This refers to that when uploading to certain print locations. This is the reason I ask how you plan to print your cards. Please be aware that some print locations have different print sizes. This is mostly with printing on card stock, Even though you might be printing 5x7 the design size might be larger. I need to know this when designing or your image will not print correctly.

How do you ship? All my orders are drop shipped directly from the print company I use. They are located in TX. All orders are shipped out UPS 2nd Day Air. and the cost for drop shipping is $9.95

Do you do rush shipping? Yes, if you need an order shipped out overnight. It is $32.95
